- Simple Plug & Play installation
Simply order your phone system from us and plug them directly into your internet enabled network or router and start making calls, no extra lines needed! This gives you more flexibility and a feature rich system for far less money than a traditional phone system. If you ever need to add or reduce the amount of phones, thats no problem either!.
- Up to 26 calls per line
Traditional phone lines mean that you can only make or receive 1 call per line. With our systems you can have up to 26 simultaneous calls using 1 high speed broadband line, and 8 simultaneous calls per standard line. (we can check this for you before you order your system - just give us a call) This of course means massive savings if you currently pay for multiple landlines - but it also means you don't have to wait for a line to become free to make outgoing calls and you can answer more inbound calls!

With all of the features available and the complexities of VoIP, you might think that you need to be a genius to install and operate one of our systems. - Intelligent Call Queuing
You can have peace of mind knowing that all incoming calls are being handled professionally. Your customers can wait in line in a queue to speak to you and be advised of their queue position, they can even leave you a message if they dont want to wait.
- Queue buster
Queue busters allow you to make sure that if your callers do not get answered quickly then they can be routed off to another department, voicemail or any number of options.
- Auto attendant
Inbound calls can be greeted with your company name and short message if you wish! We can also create different departments for your callers to be directed to, eg. Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for Support etc.
- Call distribution
Inbound calls can be routed to either a single or multiple locations. For example, if they press 1 for sales then all phones can ring in all of your offices and the first person who can answer will take the call.
- Call Forwarding
Incoming calls can come straight into your system or be forwarded to your mobile or landline. If you have offices abroad then use our call forwarding with a local number so that your workforce can call the local number from their mobiles and go straight through to the international office without paying for the international leg of the call.
- Call Recording
For a small monthly charge per extension we can record all of your incoming and outgoing calls. All recorded calls are saved on our servers and easily downloaded to be sorted so you can see the calls made and who made them.
- Free calls between extensions
All calls between extensions on your switchboards are free, whether your calling a mobile extension, home worker or an additional site, which makes your staff communication absolutely free!
- Link multiple sites
Linking multiple sites will give you free calls and the ability to transfer calls between locations. Many businesses also take advantage of the disaster recovery protection this provides, as we can direct calls to another location if necessary. Additional sites can be situated any where in the world - as long as there is a broadband connection.
- Have mobiles as extensions
By having mobiles as extensions you can answer your landline calls on your mobile without being charged any call forwarding fees. This is a great advantage if you have sales or support staff on the road as you can keep in touch with office based staff free of charge and also transfer calls to the mobiles just as you would to any other extension on the switchboard.
- Home Workers
Home workers can be connected to your system via an internet connection which works just as if the member of staff was working in the same office!. No special internet connection needed, just plug your phone right into your home router.
- Free 0844 number
Give your company a national presence, when you order one of our systems we will give you as many free 0844 telephone numbers as you want. These are great to use as direct dial numbers straight to the extensions, or just as a main number for the business.
- Local Numbers
Have a local number for your business, or have multiple numbers, its up to you. You can look as if you have offices in any part of the country. Numbers can either point in to the main system or work as direct dials going straight to phones
- Voicemail to Email
With our voicemail to email feature you will never miss an important message! Once a voicemail has been left we all automatically forward it to an email address of your choice - where you can listen to it on your PC, laptop or mobile device!
- Office opening hours
We can set your system to automatically open and close for you, so incoming callers are greeted with different options for working hours and out of hours. The options include menus, diverts, announcements, voicemail boxes or any combination of these. If you need these options changing then just let us know and we do it all for you with no extra charge.

Whenever you need an additional telephone number, all you need to do is give us a call. You no longer have to install a new line - which normally costs around £100! We can allocate as many telephone numbers as you like and we give away our 0844 numbers!

Your telephone system and telephone number live on our systems and are not tied to an address, so if you move you no longer have the stress or expense of acquiring a new system and new number again, just take it with you! All you need is a broadband connection at your new premises.
- Customisable mailbox greetings
You can record your own mailbox greeting to make it personal for your extension, each and every extension can have their own message greeting.
- Message waiting indicator
When your voice mailbox receives a message a light automatically flashes on your phone. We also send a message to the screen of compatible handsets telling you how many messages you have waiting and you will also hear a shuttered dial tone when you pick up the handset. This ensures that you always know when a voicemail needs to be listened to.
- No maintenance costs
All of our systems are maintained centrally, and generally there is little hardware on your site except for the handsets themselves. This means that there are no maintenance costs to pay.. ever! Whats even better is that when we do updates and add new features we will automatically send them to your switchboard - for free!

- Busy Extension Indicator (Handset dependent)
